*These locations are where I found them. They move often so I recommend downloading the "My Disney Experience" app (it's free!) and keep an eye on it throughout the day. This app is a great tool for keeping up to date on times and locations for characters.
Daisy Duck - Main Street USA Magic Kingdom - if you get to MK right after it opens, the streets are lined with classic Disney characters
Her glass slipper is also at the entrance of the Princess Fairytale Hall
Belle - Magic Kingdom - Princess Fairytale Hall - also in France at Epcot with the Beast
Aurora "Sleeping Beauty" - Magic Kingdom Princess Fairytale Hall and at Epcot in "France"
We are like best buds now lol
Prince Phillip is with her at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party
Winnie-the-Pooh & Tigger Too! - Magic Kingdom near Fantasyland - it's not in a building, they rope off a section so be on the lookout and check your program guide. Also, see my Character Dining page for more details as well.
Ariel - Magic Kingdom at Ariel's Grotto. Then occasionally you can find her in human form with Eric in a gazebo near Adventureland.
Lilo & Stitch - Animal Kingdom on your way to Discovery Island. You can also meet Stitch at Magic Kingdom in Tomorrowland near Stitch's Great Escape.
Goofy - Goofy is another one that is everywhere. Animal Kingdom Discovery Island, Epcot Character Spot, and I'm sure lots more.
Donald Duck - also everywhere. Animal Kingdom Discovery Island, Epcot "Mexico", Epcot Character Spot, etc.
Toy Story Characters - Buzz and Woody are at Hollywood Studios across from Toy Story Mania with their Army Men. Woody and Jessie are at Magic Kingdom near Splash Mountain. Buzz is at Magic Kingdom in Tomorrowland near his ride. I met Lotso at Hollywood Studios in the Art of Animation building.
Mike and Sulley - Hollywood Studios near Backlot Tour - you really have to look for them cause it's kinda hidden.
Lightning McQueen & Mater - Hollywood Studios - they are just there...so you can find them any time
Chip & Dale - Magic Kingdom Main Street, Animal Kingdom Discovery Island, also see Character Dining, etc.
Snow White - we were lucky enough to spot her walking out on Main Street USA at Magic Kingdom. You can also find her at Epcot by the Wishing Well in "Germany".
Prince Florian is with her at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party
Pinocchio - Magic Kingdom Main Street USA
Terk - I randomly found her at Animal Kingdom on the Discovery Island trails
Pocahontas - Animal Kingdom Discovery Island Trail - sometimes Meeko is with her
Jiminy Cricket - Animal Kingdom Rafiki's Planet Watch - you have to get on a train in "Africa" to go there. It's a fun ride and several character's to meet all in an air conditioned building. It's a nice break.

Pluto - Magic Kingdom Main Street USA
After seeing my Happy Anniversary pin, he had his "assistant" ask where my husband was. I pointed to Jason sitting on a park bench - Pluto took off running and grabbed him. Jason's face was priceless and it is the funniest Disney moment I have ever had. I apologize, no matter what I do - it's sideways.

Peter Pan - Magic Kingdom Fantasyland near Peter's Pans Flight - (sometimes Wendy is there too :)
Tinkerbell & Friends - Magic Kingdom - they usually have their own tent - check program guide
Flick - Animal Kingdom behind the Tree of Life
King Louie & Baloo - Animal Kingdom Upcountry Landing near "Asia"
Jasmine & Aladdin - Epcot in "Morocco" and also Magic Kingdom in Adventureland
Genie - my personal favorite and a tough one to find. I just so happened to be in the "Art of Animation" studio at Hollywood Studios right after a parade and he came through. I had just lost my dad and needed something "magical" to happen.....I think this was God's way of letting my dad give me a Disney present. :)
In 2014 I found him at the Halloween Party with Jasmine - Adventureland
He was also at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party in 2015
I did request a picture of me with just the Genie (since he IS my favorite)....Jasmine didn't mind :)

If you have a Disney Visa, you are entitled to a free picture with what they say will be random characters. However, I do this every year and it is usually Mickey and Pluto. There is never a line and it's a cool perk for having the card.
